I didn’t come from a genetically gifted background; I had to work hard for every bit of progress, and that’s exactly why I’m so passionate about helping others do the same. My coaching is built on three key pillars: nutrition, training, and accountability. I create custom macro-based plans, personalized training programs, and weekly check-ins to ensure my clients get real, sustainable results—without restrictions or endless hours of cardio. Before meeting Mandie I was stuck in a rut of unhealthy eating and no exercise. I was tired and starting to feel the aches and pains of getting older.
